David E. Woodruff is a full-time, professional mediator and arbitrator specializing in business/commercial, real estate, personal injury, employment, bankruptcy and divorce cases. She brings 15 years of legal and business experience to the practice, including 12 years as a litigator and business lawyer, and 3 years as a management consultant. Joy Woodruff acted as CFO of Texas State Optical during its successful restructuring. She has a law degree from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. She is trained and certified in both arbitration and mediation.
